First freeze the KICA0WH
KitchenAid's unique bowl (the largest stand mixer
attachment bowl capacity in the industry) for at least 15
hours, or better yet, keep the bowl stored in your freezer so
it's always ready when you are: fresh ice cream can be
addictive, specially in hot weather!
The KICA0WH KitchenAid Ice Cream Maker Attachment is powered
by the KitchenAid stand mixer. Just pour in your batter, and
let the dasher and freeze bowl do the hard work. The

which allows for easy addition of ingredients.

KitchenAid ice cream maker produces a variety of
frozen desserts such as frozen yoghurt and sorbet, as well
as fresh, pure soft-consistency ice cream. You can harden
soft ice cream by storing it in an airtight container in
your freezer for 2 to 4 hours.
All pieces are dishwasher proof, except for the bowl which
must be hand washed.
